About me.

Hi, I'm Trevor Gray.

I specialise in psychotherapy for performers in the arts and sport, helping people better understand themselves and their relationships with others.

I am a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and performance consultant working in Central London and Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

As a Top 10 Music Recording Artist, Producer and Composer, as well as an EPL Premiership Football Academy Youth Development Coach, I have extensive experience working as a performer at a high level in both sport and the arts.

I ran my own nationwide soccer school for 5 years, helping elite youth footballers who had been released by professional academies, and which featured in its own 10-part TV series.

I specialise in working with those in sport and the arts as I am tuned in to the life and wavelength of creative people and performers.

My clients include and have included West End, professional and student actors, dancers, musicians and singers, as well as professional and academy footballers, cricketers, golfers, show jumpers, swimmers, Team GB gymnasts, rowers and fencers.

I was previously the Behavioural Therapist at the Brit School for Performing Arts & Technology in London, as well as lead counsellor for students at Performers College for the Performing Arts, and am particularly at ease working with talented young people starting in their careers.

Alongside my private practice in London and Kent, I am a school counsellor at both independent and state schools and host workshops at theatres, dance colleges, actor studios, art retreats, schools and football clubs nationwide.

In addition to my 4 year Postgraduate Diploma in TA (Transactional Analysis) Practice, I have trained in and incorporated CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) in my sessions, and offer therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, personal relationships and self-esteem, whether in the performing world or not.

I am a Registered Member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM), and follow their ethical codes and practices.

If you’re looking for someone to talk to, give me a free no obligation call to see if I can help.
